Tintagel
Tintagel is a village situated on the Atlantic coast of Cornwall. The village and nearby Tintagel Castle are asscociated with the legends surrounding King Arthur. The village has in recent times become a magnet for tourists and day-trippers.

In 2004 the area was overtaken by Hollywood glamour when Jerry Bruckheimer produced 'King Arthur', starring Kiera Knightley, Ray Winstone and Clive Owen.
A lot of the area surrounding Tintagel is maintained and run by the English Heritage.
