Kate Moss Looking at Property in Cornwall

Fowey The 36-year-old has fallen in love with the idea and is reported to have made an offer on a £1.2 million property in Golant, near Fowey.
The model and her partner, The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince, are said to be keen to buy Bodriggan, an impressive five-bedroom detached house in the village.
She apparently became fascinated with the area after reading some of Daphne Du Maurier's works.
Comprised over 2.9 acres, Bodriggan has its own vineyard and a pretty terrace with fantastic views of the River Fowey.
Party-loving Ms Moss owns a London home and a country pile in Oxfordshire, but has told friends she wants to spend less time in the capital.
"She's yearned for a seaside retreat for some time," a close friend told the Daily Mail.
"Jamie's quite a bookworm so he turned her on to the Cornish writer Daphne du Maurier, who lived in Fowey, and since then Kate has been researching the area.
"They are planning to convert it into a luxury B&B for their friends."
Ms Moss hasn't seen the property yet, but has been showing friends pictures of the mock Tudor home.
One said: "Kate loves the idea of having a refuge for her rock 'n' roll friends. She even has ideas about growing her own produce and adores the thought of running a B&B. It will be more a place for her friends to stay – I can't see her renting rooms to total strangers."
Estate agents Knight Frank, who are marketing the property, describe the views as "breathtaking," adding: "Constantly changing with the rise and fall of the tide, it is a view that has captivated artists for decades and many have sat on the veranda of Bodriggan over the years and tried to capture its charm on canvas."
The same family have lived in Bodriggan since 1948, and the previous owner – now deceased – is responsible for its impressive gardens.
