VelvetVolcano is an aspiring jewellry business hoping to bring a ‘glorious amount of glitter and gore’ to the world. Her quirky, off-the-wall designs have really caught my eye recently, so much so that I have now commissioned her to make me a standout piece for an upcoming event. Tamsyn Martin, who started with a few anatomically inspired pendants, created VelvetVolcano in late 2009. Her style is continuously evolving and she is currently working on oversized, crystal-encrusted pieces.
