Rick Stein’s Fish and Chip Restaurant on Discovery Quay in Falmouth has raised £2700 for the Royal Cornwall Polytechnic Society (aka The Poly). Rick presented a cheque to Ciaran Clarke (general manager), Carey Davies (trustee) and Rosie Leo (volunteer) of The Poly on Saturday 30th April 2011 at 10am.
