My Kill Bill Cat Suits at The Clothes Show London 2010
Firstly, I apologise for writing about myself in the very first blog!! I have been so busy recently, but will soon be featuring some of the talented photographers, designers and models that have been in touch.
Anyway, recently I was commissioned by the AMAZING stylist; Alexis Knox, to create garments for the opening sequence of The Clothes Show Live 2010. This has so far been my most high-profile commission, giving me the opportunity to show my work alongside major designers and brands. The brief for this commission was to create 8 catsuits and bodysuits along the theme of ‘fashion Kill Bill’. I was given three weeks, so had to work flat-out on this assignment!! This was a complete nightmare on some days but completely worth it.
The show, which took place in London Earls Court, looked AMAZING!! The outfits looked stunning on stage and the performance was breathtaking. The production was so spectacular, and it was quite a surreal experience having my garments opening the whole show. Anyway, you can have a look for yourself as I have a selection of images of the garments before they were sent to London, and a few taken by The Clothes Show.
